The legendary roots-rock band from L.A. (via Downey, California) return to the studio with a brand new line-up. Phil Alvin still leads the group on lead vocals with original Blasters bassist John Bazz. Joining them are Jerry Angel on drums and Keith Wyatt on lead guitar. The album title comes from the "lucky" lottery numbers favoured by working people during the Depression.
