• LAZY LESTER’s recording career goes way back to the mid 50’s with

his recordings for the EXELLO label.

• He gave up playing and performing for over two decades until his

comeback album in 1988 for Aligator,Harp and Soul.

• His swamp blues sound remains as energetic as ever and in 2001 he recorded

,for the legendary ANTONES label, “BLUES STOP KNOCKIN“ along with

JIMMIE VAUGHAN (guitarist of THE FABULOUS THUNDERBIRDS).

• Produced by Texas guitarist Derek O Brian and featuring guest appearances by

            SUE FOLEY, SARAH BROWN and GENE TAYLOR.

• We have added 7 bonus tracks from his album ALL OVER YOU, which

he recorded for ANTONES in 1999.
