BADGER was formed by TONY KAYE after he left progressive rock band YES.
Recorded live at London’s Rainbow Theatre this was actually the band’s debut album.
It was considered a triumph combining the raucous stomping atmosphere induced by BADGERS music with precision and expertise, qualities possessed in no small measure by the group.
Formed in 1972, they first came to a British and European attention by supporting BLACK SABBATH.
The rest of BADGER comprised of guitarist BRIAN PARRISH and former ASHTON, GARDNER, and DYKE drummer ROY DYKE, with bassist DAVID FOSTER.
DAVID FOSTER had co-written two tracks with JON ANDERSON for YES’s second album ‘Time and a Word’.
Wheel of Fortune, Fountain, Wind of Change, River, The Preacher, On The Way Home.
