This is Cork's second studio album, following on from the 1999 album Speed Of Thought.
Cork were formed by drummer with the legendary American hard-rock band Mountain Corky Laing and the band is something of a super group, as it includes ex-Jimi Hendrix Experience Noel Redding on bass and Eric Shenkman from the Spindoctors on guitar.
Mountain was formed in 1969 by Leslie West, Felix Pappaladi and Corky Laing and was very much in the vein of the recently disbanded Cream.
They split up in 1972 after releasing 4 albums, Leslie and Corky eventually teaming up with ex-Cream bassist Jack Bruce in West, Bruce & Laing, which lasted for 2 years. There was a brief Mountain reunion in 1974 after which Corky moved on to a variety of sessions including a solo album in 1977, which included guests Eric Clapton, and the Allman Brothers' Dickie Betts. Another unreleased Corky Laing solo album from 1978 featuring Ian Hunter was eventually released by King Biscuit in 1998. When he is not playing with
